Shipping & Delivery – India
Spark Story delivers across all serviceable pin codes within India. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your orders are handled carefully and delivered as efficiently as possible.
Order Dispatch
Orders placed with Spark Story are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the shipment tracking details.
In the event of any delay in processing your order, we will notify you regarding the expected delay and updated timelines.
Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your Tracking URL and AWB (Air Waybill) number. These details can be used to monitor your shipment status in real time.
Order Delivery
Our logistics partners typically deliver orders within:
- 2–3 business days for metro cities
- 5–7 business days for non-metro cities
Delivery timelines are calculated from the date your order is dispatched.
Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, operational issues, weather conditions, or logistics-related disruptions. Customers are advised to track their shipments using the details shared via their registered email address.
Important Information
A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for deliveries within India, as many of our logistics partners use OTP-based delivery verification.
Failure to receive or provide the OTP may result in unsuccessful delivery attempts, which are beyond our control. If the package is returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order, and these charges will be borne by the customer.
