Online Account
Registered users must access www.sparkstory.in using their email ID and a password selected by them. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. Any order placed through your account will be treated as authorized by you and processed accordingly.

Terms of Operation
www.sparkstory.in reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or discontinue any service without prior notice. However, any pending orders will either be completed or fully refunded. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at any time without providing a reason. Spark Story will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of this website.

Warranty & Liability
Spark Story shall not be responsible for any damages arising from the use of products delivered to customers or purchased through our platform. We are also not liable for delays or failures in fulfilling obligations under these Terms & Conditions when such circumstances occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control.

All content available on this website is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. The website is independently designed, maintained, and managed by www.sparkstory.in. Unauthorized copying, modification, reproduction, publication, distribution, sale, display, transfer, or commercial use of any website content is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action under the jurisdiction of Thane Courts.

Damaged Products
Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, damage occurring during transit is beyond our control. If you receive a damaged item, we will replace it with the same or a similar product, subject to stock availability. To report damage, please email us at sparkstory187@gmail.com along with photographs of the damaged item within 48 hours of receiving the order. Claims submitted after 48 hours from delivery will not be accepted.

Missed Deliveries
Our logistics partners make up to three delivery attempts. Orders that remain uncollected will be returned to us. Upon request, such orders can be re-shipped for an additional charge of ₹250. Returned Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders will only be dispatched again after full online payment of the order amount along with the additional shipping fee has been received.
